Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Broadband (internet) services is not fu3 from 3rd may 2016

My internet service purchase from GTPL is having network connection issues and service is unavailable from 3rd May 2016. I have raised multiple tickets and complaints but still there is no action taken by GTPL.

They are daily informing me that we will send technician to your home but still no one has visited my home to resolve this issue.

Kindly take necessary action on GTPL..

GTPL — Some Channel not view

Chennal not view, we ask to our cable operator but he says it is not shown by Gtpl so it's not able to view... But other part of city It is continuing watch.

GTPL — Never works and worse service

There internet never works won't resolve problem for days they won't even answer the phone they won't send employ to repair. Worse company ever won't even refund the money of cancellation

GTPL — Disturbances in all channels

We are not able to watch channels properly. It stickes all the time n GTPL executive didn't pick up the phone. We are facing this problem since 5-6 days. We r really very disappointed with service.

Payment cheque encashed and Connection not given

I have applied for Broadband connection. GTPL sales person named chirag goswami came to me and completed formalities and the payment cheque was encashed but the connection is not given and now the guy is not replying nor picking my phone
