Internet isnt working. Called up gtpl customer service. Was told to perform a few tech steps. Did that. It didnt work. They raised a complaint, complaint no.: 1241047. After sometime, i get a message that the issue has been resolved. So i checked the internet connection. Unfortunately, it didnt work yet. I was still not able to use internet. Called up again to the customer care. Advisor:bhavna. She assured it will be done and raised another complaint. Complaint no: 1241346. And told to wait another 24 hours. I waited. Technician came in the morning. And left in ten minutes after half n hour saying he will get it sorted in half n hour. Been 4 hours, technician didnt turn up. I called customer service again. Advisor:bhavesh, told me to be wait for another 24 hours. He said that he put in on urgent priority. I wander why it wasnt urgent till then. I then ask him to connect me to manager as bhavesh seemed to have limited access. He said it will done in 24 hours. I then ask again, is the manager going to be available after 24 hours? Failed to understand my question he repeats same old answer. I then ask again for abt ten times. Then he says, call after 1 or 1.5 hours. I ask 1 hour or 1.5 specifically? He said then, 1.5 or 2 hours. Looks like he wasnt sure himself. In a team of customer service filled with unhelpful employees is there no manager?????? I then again ask for time that i can call. Unfortunately, he put the call on mute. I kept on talking and he was listening but not responding. Such a lame customer service from gtpl. I then called again, cs advisor: amit. He said he will put it on urgent priority. Makes me laugh, urgent on top o[censored]rgent. Says the issue will be sorted by 7pm. Why did itnot happen in the previous call. Told him to connect to a manager to confirm or at least give a confirmation text. To the failure, nothing happened. Neither did he raise any complaint for the inconvenience at previous call with bhavesh. And i am just waiting for the internet connection suffering the loss of 2.5k which i could have earned. Looks like going forward i wont be recommending this gtpl to anyone. My contact number is: [protected]
