On 15th January 2016 morning at 10 AM I lodge a complain regarding my net connection had failed to perform & there were no signals. After a day SMS came from GTPL authorities that my problem has been resolved but actually it did not. I again complain for situation & GTPL found that my cable connection was removed by somebody. GTPL insisted that new cable was to be laid and the fault was repaired on 22nd of January 2016 late evening.
Sir, my request is these EIGHT full days to be extended to me as no service period during which I could not use internet connection provided to me by M/s GTPL under the user ID: pg03, Was this information helpful? |
