Hello sir.. I m keyur patadiya, i paid registration charges of gtpl broadband connection from 5 days but still i dnt get connection at my home, and dealers of gtpl are behaving bad, n they are giving me a times only but not giving me proper connection, even they are not returning my money back, Even they are not responcing, they are not pickup my phone calls,... LOW SPEED
I HAVE TAKEN A CONNECTION FROM GTPL FOR 1 MBPS BUT I NEVER RECEIVED 1 MBPS ATLEAST 300 KBPS ALSO NOT I HAVE MADE COMPLENT TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE BUT NO ACTION TAKEN PLEASE HELP MEInternet connection not working since 23.07.14
Internet connection has stopped working since 23.07.14. I complained at customer care on 28.07.14. Still nobody has attended. I am fed up with this kind of response.
