I recently renewed my 10 Mbps plan on 13-Jun 2016 and to be frank i have a hugh packet loss every day sometimes there is no connection also..and after 9 PM my latency is so high i can barely play any multiplayer games.
My ping is above 250 to 350 ms which is really frustrating..
and now the real thing after testing my speed on speedtest.net it came around 2.82 mbps which is not even half the speed i have paid for..
i[censored] look at the usage details on "http://www.gtpl.net/login/login.php" its say i have used 382451 MB which is around 382 GB but i[censored] look at the spreadsheet its already crossed over 823435 MB which is around 823 GB..
Suppose i[censored] download a 2 GB file on any client app. on the spreadsheet it registers above 8GB always its impossible to consume 800 GB within 2 Months for Me..and u can never login to stock market in the morning...
Contacted d customer care he doesn't even knows the difference of MB and GB so he sends an engineer and he says he cannot do anything ...its all server side problem...
This is such a BS i can barely surf now..it so slow and now customer care are always busy or switched off there is no way to contact them... i have attached few images as proof..i[censored] register an online complaint they say dat they were not able to contact me so they closed the ticket them self .
