Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Port Opening for Static IP and frequent drop connection

I have been requesting to open the desired ports after I purchased the static IP from the company. They took 1 month after I paid them advance rental for the year and now it is more than 1 month since I had been requesting to open the ports. Also since last 5 days I have been complaining for drop connectivity and I have been assured every time for a resolution in 24 Hrs which is still in process as informed by the help desk ( I guess its a more of Harassing Desk).
Finally I have decided to approach the consumer grievances cell by tomorrow if my complaints remain unanswered.

The speed of Wi-Fi is not sufficient as per plan.
Provide the speed as per my subscription.
Sometimes the speed is too slow and I can't surf properly.
Solve this problem as soon as possible.
