Hathway — Hathway braod service totally unreliable and cheating and looting the customers with its poorest service | |||
Service has become unusable. dont know when the service works.. totally unreliable. either Hathway should die / stop giving the worst service. TOTALLY unfair. customer service number also doesnt work. what a stupid service that you are giving? dont you feel shame? can be given better value than your broadband service. Check your network performance in hyderabad for last 4 months. you will realize Hathway greatness. you will be amazed to see how many times your pathetic system is down. shame on you. dont cheat people with cheap mindset and cheap service. better die than looting the customer. It is not our intention to cheat anyone. Every issue that is reported to us is investigated and if any fault in our service is found we correct it and are glad to have the opportunity to do so. IN 21ST CENTURY YOU SERVICE CAN BE AWARDED AS MOST UN TRUSTWORTHY AND CHEATING SERVICE IN INTERNET SERVICE CATEGORY.
HOW MANY COMPLAINTS.. HOW MANY TIMES CUSTOMER NEED TO CALL YOUR PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.. HATHWAY MANAGEMENT SHOULD COMMIT SUICIDE FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME. OTHERWISE I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.
IF YOU ARE NOT EATING , THEN KINDLY SHARE THE NETWORK PERFORMANCE OF MY CPE AND NEAREST HATHWAY ROUTER, I NEED THIS TO PROVE HATHWAY IS DMAN SERVICE.
