My ac no. is 1034952. This is the worst internet connection. No one even bothers to call you back after receiving a complaint. On 21st July, I made a complaint but till now one has contacted me. Everyday there is a problem of no connectivity. Their call centre is just useless. Every time the connection is off and on. Sometimes there is no connectivity for hours. It is not even like a passenger train which stops at all station, rather like a goods train shunted for hours on the side tracks. I am disgusted with Hathway. royce dsilva Mumbai
