Hathway — Internet Connectivity Issues

Hello Team, I am Mrs Manisha Ghodke, using Hathway internet connection for more than 1 year. Account No: 919546 Since the time i have taken the connection I am facing issues with connectivity. In spite of getting good signal the Internet doesn't work. In a week the connection is not active at least 1 or 2 days. Even now my internet is down from past 30hrs. Internet is vital for me & my family for various reasons and even 2 hrs downtime causes me great loss. Hathway team just apologizes for the problem but doesn't correct it. They ask to call back but nothing is sorted out. It feel cheated as I am using a prepaid account but half the time the net is having issues.
