Hathway Internet — Issue not resolved | |||||
Am using 3 months 50gb plan hathway {3824/-}internet connection in bangalore. After 3 months while renewing by mistake i recharged to 1562496 account which is not mine on 15/05/2016. Immediately i made a request to customer care of hathway to resolve it. I called so many times and evry time they registered new compliant no and say "our executive will call within 5 days and resolve it". 3rd time he called and i talked and mailed him the screenshot of wrong payment details also. Now he doesnt replied or respond to me also customer care number[protected] is not working. I dont understand why the these guys will maintain such a bad services. Am ready to file a police compliant and cheating case on hathway. i have recordings and proofs that these guys are not working.
