Hathway — Issues on downtime and Billing Department

I took Hathway broadband WIFI connection on Sep 20th 2014. This was a 3 month plan which cost me above 3000 INR. From the time i have taken this connection there is a continous downtime which has affected my work. Even after multiple complaints to the customer care, no one is taking this issue seriously. Finally i asked for a money back of this however the billing team has not replied back to any of my mails. I escalated this case to Mr Ashok Reddy who is one of the Nodal Officer for this company as informed by Customer Care. Even Mr Ashok Reddy didn't reply to my mails. I sent mails to Ashok Reddy on 3rd Dec and 12th Dec. Below are some of the complaint numbers on the down time and a snapshot of the mail send to Mr Ashok Reddy. Hi Mr Ashok Reddy, My account number is 1181518 and it has already been around 3 months I have taken this connection, however from the time I have taken this connection I am having regular connectivity issues. I have been calling up Hathway Customer care on every alternate day but every time the customer care says that this problem will not happen. On a daily basis I am getting internet only for 75% of the time. I want my money back for the downtime and for this I sent mail to [protected]@hathway.net multiple times however there is no response from their end. At last after 3 months of agony and pain I managed to speak to a supervisor by name Rehman from the customer care department and he gave your contact details for this issue. I want the money back for the down time and I am sorry to say but I will not return back to Hathway again. This is the worst every experience and I will make sure that I escalate this issue in the right forum like consumer court and other departments. Few ticket no’s where there was a network issue in the whole area.
