Hello There,
This is really sad and painful when a consumer leaves you. However, I am here to put a notice to your concern the loss and Hassel I have faced from past few months or this can be said as since I choosen hatway for my home network. I enquired the very person multiple times whether they have a good connection or not because outages cost heavy for me. I was consoled that the place where I live has good connection so I choosen hatway. From the same week I was facing continues outages in my location, putting my quires point to point
1.For the first week, the gateway of the modem and the ss login was provided, and from the next month it was demanteled. Here comes questions of ambiguity that I believe this action was done as we were using some unauthorized gateway of another company (may be tampered connection ).
2.The connection you provide with your cables were surpass a Transformer in my location. Due to the poor quality there was a short circuit caused by your cable which busted the transformer. Since then the electric board has restricted to place connection from it. Still it was not taken care.
3.On the very day, technician from ACT, claimed that the cables of hatway were his that even ment that there were toggling the same. I reported that issue to your front line support as usual you don't care
4.That day you have given me service for 3 days where for 3 days nothing was done. Your technician demand extra money as techies charge.however, let's talk about what's the outage which caused every day from 11 pm to 4am and completely fussed on Friday? . Unexpectedly I gave hopes
5.Your reps talk in high tone raising voice for my query. No supervisor call are forwarded. I am given a false expectations that some one will call you which never happened. It's just faulty and lies
6. HOPELESS with hatway, I choose to opt for another service provider. I want to discuss with bussiness team my refund or my plan deactivation details but you don't have a team atoll. This is really HASSEL.
7. Since twice I paid you the bill no recipient were provided.
8.I still my issue is not resolved nor you take ownership of the same. I lost my clients due to you and today was my assignment last date. At least WAKE UP NOW TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS, WE PAID FOR THE SERVICES WE ARE NOT BEGGARS.
Despite of the further escalation, if you service is detached. Then I know how to move forward. In India word of mouth is important, gaining that Is quite tough. I hope you understand my frustration. acknowledgement is greater than solution please help me with my final settlement then after I garuntee you will never return to your services with the gust to audacity
