Hathway — New Connection issue , Money not refunded | |||
I have applied for new broadband connection with Hathway broadband. Bill # : 19611. There is a guy, Mr.Anil (Mobile # : [protected]) collected ICICI bank cheque for Rs 3595 from me on 08/11/2014 with out validating whether the connection point is possible or not at my street (Chikka hanumnada reddy cross road, Dodda banaswadi, bangalore-83). After this no response from them. I have called head office and the same guy. No response. After three day HO team told to contact the area manager Mr.Kumar (Mobile # [protected]). He was asking one more day to validate the signal. Then they never called back. I tried again and they told signal is week in the lcoation. I have asked for money refund and they committed on[protected]. But again no response. I tried calling them multiple time but no response. Seems like they are collecting money for they business investments from public. Even after 12 days no response from the Hathway team. The service is pathetic. Mentally irritated and not able to get the broadband connection / Money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
