[Resolved] Hathway — No activation | |||
My name is Goutam Bhowmik. My residential address is 7A/6 Channa Market, W.E.A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005. Mob: [protected] Recently I applied for a new connection of Hathway broadband Internet service at my residence address. I have already paid full amount (installation and plan charge) in cash on 02/08/2014 to Hathway sales person. My receipt No. 581. But till date Hathway technical team unable to start the service. Further more no one from customer care service have contacted me in this regard or provided me with Login ID or password. If they are unable to give service to me due to any technical problem or so I think their moral responsibility is to refund my money. Am I to believe that once Hathway get the money they forget their customers. This is one of cheating. Is this Hathway's business policy. Was this information helpful? | |||
