Hathway — No money refund and no internet | |||
I was using the 6-Months Unlimited plan of Hathway Broadband. I made the advance payment for 6-Month unlimited plan. But from the 2nd month itself the Internet connection started breakdown issues, I have registered a lot of complaints through mails and call-centers, but they failed to resolve the issue and close the issues without intimating to me. But now i have changed my location and they told that the area is not feasible to them. then i asked them for the refund.they are telling that they will not refund the money. i got the internet less than 2 months.i have 3 months of payment remaining with them. They are responding very rudely.please make them to refund my money for the no internet days and for the next 3 months balance. the complaint no is 13220130 . my contact no:[protected]. account no:1298502 Was this information helpful? | |||

This is the response mail i got from them after a lot of follow-up with them.
Dear Mr. name,
As per the below mail request for disconnection due to shifting, kindly confirm when we can arrange the exe to collect the modem.
Note : There will be no refund in prepaid connection ( only the Deposit amount will be refunded ) and the refund process will be starting after the collecting the modem and wifi router and the cheque will be prepared within 20 working days.

As this is not the problem from my side, They must have refund my money or shall have to provide The connection for location which i have provided.
I have paid nearly 4800 as 6 months plan charges and used the connection for less than 3 months.
I have to get refund for the remaining months or the connection to be provided for the location i have provided.
Please solve the issue from your side as they are not responding properly.
