Hathway — No Proper Bill & Services in Marol Andheri East Mumbai

Hi, I stay in JB Nagar Andheri East, we are facing this problem from long time. There is no proper Bill services and They have not fixed date or time for payment collection...guy will come any time and date and when no one is there in room they will go and disconnect the services ...and ask for come to office and pay bill. There is no online system for bill and payment method...and the hathway guys not take responsibility for anything on services..
