Hathway — No refund | |||
My name is michael. . . I disconnected my hathway broadband and they took my modem and didnt get my refund back. . I have been wasting my money calling the customer care for so long and the are giving the same stupid reply. . Plz give my money back other wise you give me no choice other than to file a case to the consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir,
Regarding Digital Cable TV not working, it is showing technical problem, when i am trying to call local hathway cable operator they are not lifting phone and not responding, i paid my balance amount through online http://hathway.com/ portal again it is showing technical problem,
i reached local hatway tv agency they said online payment not related to them.
please refund my amount ASAP
