[Resolved] Hathway — No Refund On Disconnection | |||
Hello, I have raised a request to disconnect the Hathway broadband connection on Jun 24, 2015. It is already 1 month 9 days no one is taking the device back and nor refunding the Money back. I have been sending mail after email but no response from the Hathway. They gave me contact persons contact number to return, I did all possible things to send device back to them. Hathway is not even providing the office details for the same. Reported the same to Nodal officer of Hathway but all invain. you can reach me on [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
