Hathway — No support available

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

1. If no electricity available then Internet does not work. 2. No service / support available even after calling customer care multiple times. Hathway doesn't bother about customer's complaints, even if customer has something important work to complete, no support available in day time as well ( i.e. 9 AM to 6 PM). I am facing these issues for a long time on regular basis, but no one is here to solve. I would not recommend anyone to use Hathway.
