[Resolved] Hathway — Not getting All the Channels of 'Digital Premium Package' | |||
Hello, We have two set top box. Our cable provider is Ganesh Cable. We have opted for 'Digital Premium Package' for both the set top box. For last one week we are not getting many channels such as "Zee Bangla", "Zee Cafe"[ all ZEE related channels], "CNN International", "Cartoon Network", "POGO" and many more. Upon inquiring with them they said that Hathway has closed the channels. Also, no one responds to the toll free number of Hathway. The main reason we opted for 'Digital Premium Package' was to get these channels. Please let us Know if its HATHWAY's standard procedure to pocket the customer's money and Harass the Customers. Please make necessary arrangements so that we get all the channels for which we are paying. An Immediate response is will be appreciated.
