[Resolved]  Hathway — Not giving service nearly for One Week.

Hi I am Hathway Broadband Home user from Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra. I am not getting any Internet connection from last few days. I am daily contacting to Hathway customer service, they only giving me complaint number but no positive action taken yet from Service Provider. Some person call in afternoon and ask to check Internet connection, which is somehow not possible for any working person on planet. When i come back to home and check the connection it fails to connect. Hathway not even provide any extension period as I am not getting any network from last week. I have 8-10 complaint number, my latest complaint number is 10720394. I request FORUM to help me to resolve this issue. Regards, Ameya
