Hi Team, I have applied for Hathway Brodband new connection and paid Rs- 6738(6 months plan) on 5th April 15. After two days the representative Bhusan told that in your area we don't provide Brodband connectivity and thus we will refund the money. Later he asked me to wait for 15 days as refund processing will take some time. I tried to reach him many times but now he is not picking the phone. I have called the Customer Care number -[protected] and they created a ticket[protected]. Every time I call them they ask me to wait for few more days saying Billing team will contact you. But so far I have never got any call. I have even sent an email [protected]@hathway.net but haven't got any response. This is extremely frustrating and demotivating that even after around 2 months, Hathway team has not returned my money, neither even contacted me.
