Hathway — NOT REFUNDING EVEN AFTER CANCELLING THE ORDER WITHIN 2 HOURS

My Receipt no 100297 issued by kishore. Neither the company is installing the broadband nor refunding the amount which i have paid. Kishore ([protected]) is not even responding to calls for last 3 weeks seems like he ran away taking my money. When i called Hathway office they told me to get the payment from their local partners, when i contacted SAI COMUNICATIONS they informed me they have not received any money from HATHWAY. When i contacted HATHWAY again THEY ABUSED ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO CALL AGAIN FOR YOUR MONEY. WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO HANDLE AND WE DONT HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOUR REQUEST.
