Hathway — Not sending the bill/ invoice copy of the last payment made | |||
Hi, I have Paid them 916 for monthly recharge on 9th April 2015 but they are not sending me the bill/ invoice copy. I have repeatedly called there customer care, dropped mail to every possible e-mail id for cc but no resolution till now. Even there internet connection is pathetic. Breaks most of the time and the customer care cuts the call in between if you call for complaint. Please help me resolve my issue. Since 7 days I am asking for invoice copy from them. till now they have not sent the copy.
I am going to disconnect the account.Very bad service Hathway Broadband.
