Hathway — Pathetic Service - Paid for 1Mbps and plan activated for 600 kbps | |||
I paid 2500/- to my hathway account 932821 even before expiry of my plan and asked the customer care to update my plan to 1MbPs but despite multiple calls (min 20 times) and god know why hathway doesnt have a toll free number. The only answer i get from the customer care is that my query is with the activation team and it will resolved within 2-4 hours, multiple complain has been raised by me but still no luck. I have been following up with customer care since 1st March. Its so pathetic that they have taken money for 1mbps bt have activated 600kpbs plan and now after multiple follow up too no action has been taken on my request to upgrade my plan. It sucks and even when asking the customer care to divert my call to the senior manager they hung up the call... please help.. Was this information helpful? | |||
