[Resolved] Hathway — Poor Customer care service | |||
Below is an email sent to customer care on 6 Aug 2014.. No response till date.. Complaint number: 10423104 registered on 10 Aug, 2014 to Bangalore customer care. Account No: 1153193.. Followed up 4 times with Bangalore customer care..Every time I hear that sale executive will call you back which never happened. Today again, i was told it will resolved in 7 working days and some one will call me.. Now, i am not left with any option other than going to consumer court if i do not my refund today.. EMAIL SENT TO "[protected]@hathway.net" on 6 Aug, 2014 ======================================== I made a new broadband connection request on 29/11/2014 at Bellandur Area, Bangalore. Hathway executive visited and took payment of 6 months broadband plan after Confirming availability of connectivity at my apartment. I made payment through cheque. Details are provided below: Bank: ICICI Bank Dated: 29/07/2014 Cheque No: 389270 Payable at: Bangalore Cheque has been debited from my account. After calling same executive, he told me that connection is not possible. I do not know if connection was not possible then why it was not informed and also why payment was processed. Executive promised to make refund by cash/cheque on Monday (4 Aug, 2014).. Now, I am calling and messaging him and he is not picking up my phone. Please make sure to make refund to me ASAP.
