Hathway — Refund : No action is taken | |||
I was asked to recharge for RS 1252 for plan upgrade of 15Mbps to 50Mbps by a Hathway executive.I told him I am relocating, but he told me its fine when the people call for new modem installation tell my new location, later they told me that the Internet is not feasible at my new location and the money will be refunded once I have returned the modem and all. I have returned the modem, but till now not heard a single word from Hathway. It over a month now. Was this information helpful? | |||
