Hathway — Regarding Refund of the Money | |||
I was using the 6-Months Unlimited plan of Hathway Broadband. I made the advance payment for 6-Month unlimited plan. But in around 1 month itself the Internet connection started breakdown issues, I registered an online complaint but they failed to resolve the issue. It went around 4-5 days like this and finally I went to their office. The executives said that they are working on it and well give a feedback by next day, but as expected no feedback. So I told them to disconnect the Internet. I filled the application for disconnection on 25/09/2014. They told me that the money will be refunded by cheque in around 10 -15 days from the day of disconnection and now it's been 1 month and 8 days and they are still not telling the status. If this is how one gets a result of an advance payment then I will generalize especially in case of HATHWAY BROADBAND INTERNET SERIVICES that not to go for an advance payment. I have taken hathway connection in hsr layout sector 2 after service issues with ACT . Hathway sells person told me that everything will be get done within 24 hrs but i waited for 4 days and nothing happened till now. We have urgent requirement of Internet so we have opted for disconnecting ACT and getting Hathway. But hathway person does not fulfil whatever they said. I called customer care too but no further update from their side.
