Hathway — Regular Disconnection of Internet services

I am getting regular Internet disconnection issues with Hathway Broadband, I been spoke to Hathway Customer care several (20) times and lodged complaints too. Every time i been told it is a technical issue in your area due to regular disconnection of Internet services, My work got effected every alternative day.
