[Resolved] Hathway — repairing charges of set top box claimed by my cable operator | |||
I am a consumer of hathway cable T.v. The service is provided by my local cable operator named as Vision Cable T.V, andul road, Danesh Sk. lane, howrah-711109, west bengal. My set top box was not functioning from 05.07.2015 and i handed over the box to my above named cable operator for solving the problem. To day i.e, on 08.07.2015 he is claiming Rs.210/= for repairing the set top box and refuse to provide any receipt/bill against the repairing charges.
