After several reminders to you all & continuous telephonic-ally follow up with your department no refund was made till to date. Resulting with i am deeply depressed. Sir, with due respect please let me inform you the whole picture once again As per my hathway account no. 285855 you can easily find out the loyalty of mine with HATHWAY. On the month of JUNE 2015 I had shifted my house to new location. The shifting request has been made to hathway but unfortunately HATHWAY was unable to provide the net connection . So they have taken back the MODEM & OTHER ACCESSORIES VIDE GRN NO. 213732 on 24.06.2015.(copy attached) On 19 AUG 2015 I received a call from your BACK AN dept MR. SAHIL TAMSE, He insisted me that he can provide me the net services at my new residence. He further assure me that shifting will be free of cost & HATHWAY will provide you a WIFI router too. Mr. SAHIL TAMSE BACK AN DEPT INSIST ME TO MAKE A ADVANCE PAYMENT ON FAVOUR OF HATHWAY FOR RS. 1784.00 The payment of RUPEES 1784 was then made online through net banking vide hathway reference no.[protected] dated 19.08.2015. 19 Aug 2015 [protected]TechHathwayInternet [protected] 19 Aug 2015 1, 784.00 Regretful to inform you that your MIRA ROAD BRANCH HATHWAY OFFICE representative Mr. SUNIL YADAV PHONE NO. [protected] approach my residence on last week of Aug 2015 & state that the hathway internet cable can not be laid down to my residence due to local issue This matter was then address to Hathway MUM NODAL MR. PRADEEP ATKARE .
