[Resolved] Hathway — set top box defective function | |||
It's one month since I got my HATHWAY-STB, but it doesn't' work properly. There are frequent flickering and interruptions. I complained to the cable operator who supplied it but he has no explanation to offer. he keeps on harping on such things as the weather or some fault in the cable. But before I started using the STB I never encountered such interruptions using the same cable. I feel the STB is defective. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
