Hathway — Unavailable Hathway Broadband Service

Hi All, Raising this complaint for the unavailable, unstable and unreliable service provided by Hathway Broadband in Bangalore(Sanjay Nagar). I chose Hathway being fed up with BSNL few months back for the speed and download limit this claimed to provide. Though the speed is quite good when the connection is "available", the issue I am facing is with the availability. Connection loss is too frequent, I raised a number of tickets with the customer care and made some direct calls to the local operator. Each time I asked for the reason there was one easily available. Every time I asked the Hathway Customer Care to escalate this I was promised that it would be the last time I would be facing an issue. I am sure that in two months time experienced an outage for at least 10 days. Every issue would at least take a day to be resolved, there were cases where the connection was not available for days. This broadband connection is really PATHETIC to say the least. If anyone asks me for a suggestion on the broadband service, I would certainly advise them not to go to Hathway broadband as there are a lot of issues. I am contemplating on closing this connection, would advise others to consult and preferably not to go with Hathway broadband.
