[Resolved]  Hathway — Unresolved hathway broadband speed issue

My earliesr correspondence made to them through mail is appended below

For the last two months i am facing the speed problem i launched many complains against it. day before yestrdy i launched through nodal officer mumbai for the same my account details are appended below:

issue/prob - the requird speed for my plan not getting, even getting lesser thann that...for the last two month i am facing this problm bt every time yur customer care representative tell us our technician will look after the issues...bt still the result is null...will the company will rectify the issue...

and im demanding to the company for waiving of my plan for at least one month or return the charges for two month after deduction of rate at which i gt the net ...

plz resolve the issue im going to take the case above as it is not my problem 5-6 neighbour of me also havng the same problm...we r taking the case with all...im sending the screen shot also of my netwrk...

After giving comments on HATHWAY broadband same time the speed issue ressolved...but will the comapny will give me the two month money back or wave off my rechzrge period...calling the billdesk also but not reachable...
