Not able to use internet services since 6 days of expiration of last subscription while i paid the subscription renewal fee 6 days in advance.
First they use to call every day for renewal of the services and told the plan needs to be upgraded so pay some more, i did that. Then they told it would take 2 days to replace the modem, it took 5 days and around 50 calls to get modem replaced and since then around 50 more calls and 6 days now without internet. I am not able to login and use the services. Every time i am redirected to technical which either not respond or asks me to rest password and try again which never worked. I am every day assured that someone would visit or give me a call back but none actually happens.
yesterday i called in again and asked for refund which the C C Executive said so in-realistically that he will arrange a call back from billing department similar to what they assured for call back earlier none again happened. The worst thing is there is no nodal officer assigned for Bangalore division.
Please look into this. I guess i am not only the one who is suffering. Was this information helpful? |
