[Resolved]  Hathway — Worst service ever!

I have been using Hathway broadband service and it is worst service ever! Let alone in the ISP market, their service in comparison to any sector. My internet connection has frequent disconnections (sometimes for days); and every time I raise a complaint it gets magically fixed for a couple of hours before the problem occurs again. I have brought this to their attention requesting for a permanent solution, but no effort from their side! It is as though they don't care. I wish there was a way to sue an organization with such poor service and reliability! I have been using it for quite some time. THE ONLY reason why I'm sticking with this pathetic service is because other service providers have no feasibility in my area. My mobile 2g connection is more reliable than this broadband service! I have gone weeks without an internet connection and without updates from their technical/support teams. And the cases I raised are CLOSED without any confirmation!!! After having raised 5 CASES in in the last 1/2 weeks! for frequent disconnections the problem still persists. The bigger issue is, not a month goes by without me having to contact Hathway because the Internet has stopped working (the very basic service that they are supposed to provide for what I pay). Keeping my fingers crossed and awaiting that a new service providers sets up their base here and I cannot wait to terminate my connection with the biggest smile on my face. To the hathway executives who MAY (hopefully) be reading this. You have failed as an organization. You have ads explaining the advanced technologies you have upgraded to! That is such a waste of time. I will be a happy customer even with 512 kbps provided you give me a stable connection. What is the point of having 20/30/50 Mbps plan when half the time I'm unable to use it? Your organization objective should not be better speeds! It should be reliability! You need to have a good technical staff who can address issues even before the customer reports them. In the end it is not the speed that will bring you success but rather a satisfied customer. Luckily my quarterly prepaid plan is expiring in the next 20 days. If I do not have a resolution, I will gladly disconnect and upgrade my mobile 3g plans. That will save me the pain of having to sit on a holiday and write this to you which anyway will not make any sense, because it has not made sense so far! Regards, A disappointed customer.
