Dear Sir. I have purchased a Havells ceiling fan on 06.08.2016. Suddenly after one day it was not moving. I do not know what has happened. There is no fault of electricity in my house but it fault it only fan that time i call your customer care number . and ease the complaint on dated 09.08.2016 complaint no : FH091085 DATED : 09.08.2016 ONCE we ease the complaint that time we got one msg dear raghuraj ...my complaint no and and your service men name mr. vishal mahodiya shall visit your place but no one visit our no budy any replay on havells customer care team. after we got 3 to 4 msg for havells team side but no budy at come at over place . we are try to 6 to 7 time contact to havells customers care number but thy said we forward your complaint to over service team. so havells team and service team we huble request you to plzzz plzzz come to my place and complete my complaint very bad experience havells team and that sevice team Please help me.
