[Resolved] Havells India — Water heater commissioning | |||||
I have purchased 01 No. water heater on 12.11.2016. Booked for installation vide call No. FK131239. Till date not yet installed. We have contacted Chennai office service centre they told that my residence is out of city and no service available. We understand that No one can purchase Havels product in other than city limit. I have purchased Sony, Samsung, Haier, LG are under city limit, they are doing proper response and installation and commissioning. But I don't know why havel is not covered the nearby outskirts. If not commissioned within a day or two I will return the product to your Havells office. Your immediate response is immediately required. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We buy branded products for it's service. Havells have very poor customer service, waste of money. Product longevity is less than 2 years, so do non branded heaters which is 60% less cost. Shame on you Havells. Whenever you call, service center will tell you they will resolve issue in 24 hours, but they won't, may be they can't.
