Havells — Installation pending since 4 weeks

Hi, I have purchased Havells water heater on Dec 20th, 2013 from Spence retail store. It is almost past 4 weeks and its installation is still pending. Logged call multiple times through spencer, but nothing is progressing. I am just getting SMS from every step, call logged, assigned, but nothing after that. I bought this during the winter and I have to struggle each day from last 4 weeks. I would appreciate if this can be taken as a high priority case and resolved asap. Regards Sangita
