Hbl Global Pvt. Ltd. — ESIC Premium deduction | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vibha Raja working with HBL Global Pvt Ltd- A sister consult of HDFC. I have been working here since 4 years and 3 months. My basic salary is less than 15000 but after getting incentive it is more than 15000 INR per month. So according to law of ESIC I am not eligible for ESIC. Even though every month they deduct ESIC Premium from my salary and it is also reflected in my salary slip. I asked about it in HR department to provide the clarification but I haven't received any word from them. I request you to show me the path for further action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
