I make 20 calls, 25 email and 2 time to your services center but still problem is not resolve Why you people selling your product if you cannot fix the issue.
Your apologies will not work; I am totally unhappy and upset about the way you all are communicating to me. You are the one who is saying it has been fixed i can go and collect the Tablet and one email of apologies do not return my time and money.
What is the meaning of Few Days? it’s already 45 days), I am speaking with HCL support system. Let me know what is the action plan and time frame.
