HCL Technologies — Forced to resign from Company

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Hi Sir/Ma’am I need your help, This is in reference to the incidence which recently happened with me. I wanted to inform you that I have served HCL Technologies Ltd Company from Oct 2010 in Warner Music Group Project till now with my whole dedication and hard work, and wanted to continue with the same. I have been fully committed to my Job and have received many awards, certificates in appreciation of my good work. My work has been recognized and appreciated by clients and the concerned managers. Having done all this I am facing lots of problems and mental trauma because of one e-mail incidence which unfortunately happened with me. Though I believe I have not done anything wrong but I was blamed for it and forcefully asked to resign. I am still in dilemma what and where things got wrong and want to restart everything with a fresh mind and great enthusiasm. Do see all my performance attributes, records and my continuous hard working commitment to the company. I have contacted everyone but no one helped me in HCL. Now I have only faith that you will think seriously in this aspect and will provide me with all the company assets’ like employee id, email-id, etc very soon which has been taken from me without any proper justification. Before telling you whole incident happened with me I want to tell you HCL is a company with TAG Employee First. I do want to bring into your notice that I have been forcefully asked to resign from the company which I never wanted to and want to serve it as I do enjoy my work and love this company and its employees. There was an incident where a client wrote me a mail that who the hell is Abhishek Sinha, in reference to this I forwarded that mail to my HCL management that please reply on this mail and client need to apologies me for his language. I was actually in intention to inform my HCL management that talk to client to not send such e-mails to any o[censored]s. But in revert to this instead of helping me they asked me to resign from company because accidently my SDM sent that mail to Client and client came to know that I sent that e-mail to my management. They said if I will not resign they will terminate me and HR (Sujit Lahri) & My SDM (Kunal Madan) said your whole career will destroyed. I was so scared and I wrote my resignation to HR. It all was done to me forcefully and HR was not able to give me any proper Justification on this. I tried to call my project Head but he cut my call. I called AVP of HR on his mobile phone number many times same day but you did not pick up my call. Sir I want my job back and my respect back because that e-mail was sent to client by my SDM (Kunal Madan), if some has to resign from company its Kunal Madan, not me. It was told to me that my last working day is 22 November in HCL but my HCL e-mail access has been blocked on 24th itself. This is why I am not able to give any e-mail proves here Please help me. I am really in need of your help. Regards Abhishek Sinha Email: [protected]@gmail.com Mo: 91-[protected]
