I bought a Hcl me tab which is in warranty. my tab was not working properly so I went to Hcl service center in VARANASI they told me that there was jack and charger problem in my tab so they received my charger and tab on 17/12/2014 and told me to come again nearby 15 days now when I visited again on 06/01/2015 there they again told me to come after 15 days. So I just want to know that what is your policy to solve any complaint and how much time you take to solve any problem.
My tab detail is Hcl me tab 3G 2.0 serial no. 1113YCC3G2CDT35650 and call detail no . 481 HCL Authorised service provider, Gandhi nagar sigra varanasi
