Dear sir,

It is regretted to inform you that a company of your reputation have such rude people/ technician who? Does not know how to behave with the customers. I am telling about the persons deployed at HCL customer care at GS Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati.

I therefore, will never opt for any HCL products to avoid such encounters.

It is regretted to inform you that a company of your reputation have such rude people/ technician who? Does not know how to behave with the customers. I am telling about the persons deployed at HCL customer care at GS Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati. Moreover, it is to state that they have charged Rs. 300.00 for Software installation without any Receipt. On request for valid receipt they said that no receipt is provided for software installation. Please, give the reasons for not providing the receipt for the service.

I therefore, will never opt for any HCL products to avoid such encounters.
