HCL Technologies — They are not Processing my PF

Hi, I am prafulla nautiyal. I worked with HCL BSERVE from 19 october, 2012 to 31st May, 2013. My EMP id is: 51438499. Now, after two years i was trying to settle my PF. Ms. Pramila asked me to contact Ms. Pooja, : Pooja.[protected]@hcl.com[protected] Extn is 7878 |[protected] from the starting till today morning, for the past 8 months i have been trying reaching her mailing her. I had talked to her two three times but then she says mail me. I will revert but when i mail her, she doesn't revert. I dont know what's wrong with her. I tried contacting her manager also, Mamta.[protected]@hcl.com but same result no response. I have already submitted the form to transfer my PF. I want my PF to be processed. Prafulla [protected]
