I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 115.00 on 13-Feb-17 towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 040217. I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. Kindly clarify why I have been debited with the above said amount.

Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deduct from my account
Without information dated on 16/11/2017
When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/11/2017 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account

I came to know that my saving account has been debited with 118 (ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL GST) as per 29/02/20 I didn't went to bank for any type of statement this is the first tym my account has been charged with this type of charge. I just don't want to discuss anything more regarding this I want my amount to get reverted back else provide me the strong /valid reason for the charge. And i[censored] won't be able to revert it back i will be withdrawing all of my account at the end of this month otherwise I will even stake on that too accounts also .RePLy me ASAP .I am uploading the screenshot so that it would be helpful for u
