[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amazon told that already cashback 2000 given to hdfc bank on 6th july

As per offer by amazon, i have purchased laptop on 5th april then i will get cash back as 10% and i got email also that already 2000 rupee has processed on 6th july but still i did not get money in my card, while i am trying to reach to hdfc bank team for this complaint then no one is responding. so either amazon doing wrong or hdfc bank, i don't know about it but i got confirmation mail from amazon so i can point out hdfc bank only. so as a kind request, please help me as soon as possible.

Still no any acknowledgement got from HDFC Bank for cash- back which has paid by Amazon.

Still money has not credited in my account then how will show that issue has resolved?
They are doing time pass only.
