HDFC Bank — Automatic payment | |||
Hi, This is Avinash Kumar Choudhary (Account no-[protected]) holding a Salary account in Hdfc bank which is located at sector 18 Noida. My complain is all about the deduction from my account without any information. 1st incident happen on 2nd or 3rd of january 7600 from my account got deducted without any reason i called multiple times in customer care and as per their advise balance got deducted for credit card payment . in next month i received my mini statement in which there were no adjustment made of that amount . After that i am calling continuously to cst care regarding the same issue and they asked me to contact creadit card collection team and provide me two numbers which are: 33016801 33016802 I called them 1000 numbers of time but no one responded or called me back. Today 04/30/2016 again my account get credited with 16198 and same has been deducted from my account . Also i have made couple of request to call back but never get such calls.
