[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Bill paid failed again and again

Hi... My name is naveen i have account in your bank a/c no.[protected] in sohana branch mohali...
I want to pay my tata docomo bill. Yesterday i have pay 2 time my bill but 2 time transaction failed on 28/07/2016 dated today also i tray again but again it failed... If company not able to provide this kind of facility then why give offers... Yesterday company cut my balance rs. Of 28 full surcharges... But yesterday i did not take full by pump...
Kindly do as needfull...
