I am Ravindra Rajpoot from Noida (NCR), I would like to share my experience with HDFC services and Branch employee. Here is my A/C no – [protected] .
I have raise a request for my cheque book from Noida sector branch 12, after couple of day I got a message from HDFC that you cheque book has been sent to Noida Sector 16 branch and even I got a call from sector 16 branch employee about cheque book delivery .
Today I went to branch 16 at morning 9:20, then i found that branch opened at 9:40 AM, I thing which should we open at 9:30. That is fine if need to wait to 20 min to get a good services from branch. I asked to branch employee that please give me a cheque book but after 5 min branch employee told me that sir we do not have cheque book here, that you will collect from your home branch, I was shocked and I said sir I got a message as well as call from branch, again he were telling me that you have to go to branch 12 to collect your check book.
Here my question is who will be a responsible for my valuable time which I have spent in branch 16 for my check who will notify me about this status change of my check book.
Another thing which I have seen in Branch about misbehaviour, talk roughly and in abusive manner with me, that branch employee name is: Jais Joy.
Please take some positive action as I have the proof of his abuse and ill behaviour.
I expect that you will respond to my letter positively as it has created very bad
impression of a reputed bank in the eye of customer.
Please do the needful ASAP.
